Con motivo de la visita a Noruega del Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores de Brasil, el Peace Research Institute Oslo (PRIO), Norwegian Peacebuilding Resource Centre (NOREF) y NorLARNet organizaremos un breve seminario, con Antonio de Aguiar Patriota como orador principal.
