Rosmery Quispe (Bolivia) and Marcelino Higueras Saavedra (Bolivia) will take part in an informal conversation about the divisions in the social movements in Bolivia, especially after the TIPNIS conflict, and the possible consequences for the process of change and the MAS government. They are both activists in the youth organization CEADL - Centro de Estudios y Apoyo al Desarrollo Local.
