Seminar with Eduardo Viola, who is Full Professor of International Relations at the University of Brasilia since 1993. He has researched and published extensively on issues of: Brazilian climate and energy policy and politics; Brazilian foreign policy; Global Climate Governance; and, Comparative climate/energy policies in major Latin American countries.
