This book, edited by Elin Skaar, Chr. Michelsen Institute; Jemima Garcia-Godos, University of Oslo; and Cath Collins, addresses current developments in transitional justice in Latin America – effectively the first region to undergo concentrated transitional justice experiences in modern times.
